In 2021-2022, The Neighbourhood Group Community Services’ in-person and online programs helped 42,517 vulnerable people in priority Toronto neighbourhoods, regardless of the challenges brought on by the pandemic.

Childcare

10 provincially-licensed childcare centres provided safe and enriching childcare for up to 1,025 children, ages newborn to 12 years. Centres include:

Urban Health & Homelessness Services

Holistic case management, harm reduction and poverty reduction services improved the mental and physical health of 16,534 people who are living below the poverty line, including people who are homeless or marginally-housed, and those who have mental health and substance use issues.
